DCL Skin Freshener

A light, clean, alcohol free toner that removed excess dirt, makeup, and residue after cleansing the skin. Preparing the skin for the treatment product in the DCL line by reducing the pH of the skin allowing for better penetration. Reduces the look of pores and gives skin a refreshing sensation.
