Usage Instructions
Wash face with GlyDerm Gentle Face Cleanser. Apply sparingly. Leave on overnight. To ensure tolerance, leave first application on for two hours then wash off with GlyDerm Gentle Face Cleanser. Wait 24 hours. If no irritation occurs, patient may use the product as directed.

I've been using either the Plus 10 or Plus 12 for about 10 years now. I have acne prone skin (even now in my mid-40s) and I start to break out when I run out of this product.
It can sometimes be a bit drying but I just mix it with a little of the Hydrotone or Hydrotone Max depending on how my skin feels.
People think I'm in my early 30s now and I attribute this to always wearing sunscreen daily and a hat when it's sunny, and using GlyDerm Plus 10 or Plus 12 at night.
