Usage Instructions
Apply sparingly to the area around the eyes twice daily. Gently smooth in the cream without rubbing. Daily use of a sunscreen is recommended as part of a healthy skin care regimen.

I have been using this cream for over five years and I can honestly say that is working. It does diminish fine lines and the skin is much softer. I use it on the upper lid as well. Also it`s good for underneath concealer. Doesn`t create lines. I`m a NeoStrata fan and would recommend all their products.
