I have been using this cream for over five years and I can honestly say that is working. It does diminish fine lines and the skin is much softer. I use it on the upper lid as well. Also it`s good for underneath concealer. Doesn`t create lines. I`m a NeoStrata fan and would recommend all their products.

I have used Neostrata products for nine years. I have sensitive skin, and have to be very careful with everything I use, soaps, laundry detergents, makeup,etc. A plastic surgeon recommended this product to me after I had a couple of skin cancers removed.
