This product works well not only for the glycolic acid that you can feel working, but also as a light moisturizer. I use this in the morning, prior to putting on my makeup, because it's not heavy or sticky. It smells good too. I use the Glycolix 15% cleansing pads at night to get dirt, makeup, etc. off and to exfoliate more.
