What is the askderm Auto-Refill Program and how does it work?
The askderm Auto-Refill program is designed to provide both convenience and savings for our customers. Simply choose the automatic delivery schedule that fits your needs, add the item to your cart and save! All of your skincare products delivered on your schedule right to your door.
The askderm Auto-Refill program has NO commitments, NO additional fees, and NO penalties. You can skip or cancel a shipment at any time. There are never any penalties or charges for cancellations, and you are only charged when your order ships.
How it works:
- Select a product and choose the Auto-Refill option and your preferred frequency of delivery (30-60-90 days).
- We will send you a reminder email two days before to confirm your Auto-Refill order in case you need to update or make any changes.
- Your selected form of payment will be charged when your order ships.
- We will email your order and shipment confirmation. You can always check your order and shipment status in your My Account page.
- Your order arrives at your door!

How do I sign up?
If a product is listed with an option for regular delivery, it is eligible for Auto-Refill. Simply choose your preferred frequency for delivery, add to your cart and checkout. You log into your account at anytime and make updates or changes to your Auto-Refill preferences.
How often can I schedule a delivery?
We offer 30 - 60 - 90 Day intervals for shipments. Your first shipment will deliver immediately when you place your order and begin auto-refill. Your Auto-Refill orders will ship at the interval that you choose. You can at any time, log into your account and update your shipping preferences. You will receive a reminder email two days before your scheduled shipment.
What types of payment do you accept?
Auto-Refill is processed using all major credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
When will my credit card be charged?
The first time you order and select Auto-Refill you are charged just as if it was like any other one-time purchase. All subsequent Auto-Refill orders are charged at the time of shipment with your selected form of payment.
What is the shipping charge?
All orders shipping within the Domestic US with subtotals over $49 ship FREE. Standard shipping for all other orders ship for a flat rate of just $5.95.
How do I update my Auto-Refill Preferences (Address, Items, Frequency)?
Simply login to your My Account page and you can make any changes to your Auto-Refill account including:
- Cancel Items on Auto-Fill
- Shipping address
- Payment method
- Frequency
How do I skip or cancel an Auto-Refill?
You can cancel or skip a refill in your My Account page under the Auto-Refill Tab at anytime or by emailing or calling us at 1 (800) 393-3848.
