COVID-19 Updates
To the askderm community,
We wanted to take a moment to update you on our approach to managing these challenging times brought on by the coronavirus / COVID-19.
As a small business, we are fortunate to operate with a relatively small staff, including in our fulfillment center where the total number of employees at any given time are less than the federal recommendations of gatherings. As such, we continue to operate normal business hours thus far.
That being said, we are taking the following precautionary measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees and the customers we serve.
First, we continue to monitor the outbreak and spread of this virus both domestically and internationally. During this time, we are following the guidance of the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, applying their recommendations across our business and families. See the links below this message for their recommendations.
Second, we are following the lead of our trusted shipping & fulfillment partners UPS, FedEx, the USPS, and Amazon. See the links below this message to see their messages and how they are working to make sure your packages continue to arrive safely and on-time.
Third, we are taking additional measures to make sure our office and warehouse is a clean, safe working environment, such as:
We will continue to monitor the situation, following and exceeding the advice of public health officials along the way.
We remain open for business, and thank you for continuing to support small businesses like ours during this challenging period.
Should you have any questions, please contact us at hello@askderm.com.
Thank you, and we wish you all good health!
