Glycolix
The Glycolix™ Elite product line has been formulated with ultra-pure crystalline glycolic acid carefully adjusted to a pH of 4.0 to 4.5 to provide maximum efficacy and predictable results with minimal irritation. The Glycolix Elite product line is unique in that it contains the added antioxidant benefits of stable liposome-encapsulated vitamins A, C, E, Green Tea Extract, and Co-Q10 to nourish the skin while providing antioxidant protection from free-radical damage.
Glycolic acid belongs to the group commonly referred to as alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs). With its small molecular structure, Glycolic acid penetrates the skin more easily and provides the greatest benefits of all AHAs. Glycolic acid helps to gently exfoliate the dead skin cells which manifest fine lines and uneven skin tones. When the dead cells are removed, newer, fresher skin is revealed and the appearance of fine lines seems to fade – resulting in clearer, more supple skin.
