This soap-free foaming gel cleanser is formulated with a blend of Gluconolactone (a Polyhydroxy Acid/PHA), Mandelic and Salicylic Acids to improve skin texture and lightly exfoliate, while washing away excess oil and problematic bacteria. Hydrates and conditions with Glycerin and Tea Tree Oil extract.

Usage Instructions
Apply to wet skin and gently massage to develop foaming action. Rinse thoroughly with water. Use twice daily. Sunburn Alert: This product contains an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

I purchased this product before for myself. However, my daughter was having really bad breakouts and it seemed everything she was using was too strong and was irritating her skin. I told her to try this product. It feels like a really gentle cleansing, but really seems to get to the pores to clean them, but without any abrasion. It worked really well for both of us. I had also bought another Neostrata cleanser which I also like, but my daughter really liked this one, so I decided to get another one for her. She is 26 and has acne prone skin that appears to be related to stress and reaction to foods.
My skin tends to be very dry, but prone to cystic acne. Even though this is targeted toward people with oily skin, it works wonders for my acne. Clears my skin up in no time. Have had few pimples since I started using this and Neostrata face cream.
Use this as my daily facial cleanser and I wouldn't use anything else. My dermatologist recommends it for my oily acne prone skin and I find that it really helps.
